Complete Condo Furnishings in Kingston Plantation

Case Study of a recent Condo Refurnishing Project in Kingston Plantation.

Jennifer came to me to furnish a 2 bedroom condo in Kingston plantation. A gated community in north Myrtle Beach for a family of four. This location has access to the beach set in a private location. She wanted something casual and comfortable with a budget of 30,000 – 40,000. A few choice furniture items stayed but for the most part all the furnishings are new. Jennifer had a beach pillow that was the inspiration for the colors selected. Coral, green and blue. Sophisticated coastal. The process took two meetings and two months from start to finish. The initial meeting is to take pictures & dimensions and see if we are a good fit. The second meeting is to present my ideas with a floor plan to scale and a collage of each room being furnished with fabrics samples & rug samples.

The furnishings items are emailed for approval. The budget is formulated and the ordering begins. It is a fair amount of work that goes into this process and it takes patience to accomplish multiple jobs of this caliber. After the ordering is accomplished it takes many hours to track, receive product into my warehouse and deliver an entire house of furnishings. Most of the time it happens in phases. Sometimes it is easier for the client to focus on one room at a time. This project was done in full from the start. We did add a few more items after completion and saved the bed linens for the end.

It was a pleasure working with such a wonderful young family excited to make memories at their beach house.
