Spring High Point 2026: Where Inspiration Meets Innovation

Every spring, I look forward to visiting High Point Market to discover the newest trends, colors, and furnishings shaping the future of interior design. Each trip serves as both continuing education and a creative reset, inspiring me to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to my current and future clients.

I arrive with a detailed list of projects and products I’m searching for, and this year’s market exceeded every expectation. The showrooms were filled with diverse design concepts, exciting new manufacturers, and unique collections that will broaden my design library and provide even more options for my clients.

Nature’s Palette Takes Center Stage

The standout color of the season was green, showcased in every imaginable shade, from soft sage to deep emerald. Warm neutrals, including creamy beige, camel, and rich walnut browns, created an inviting backdrop throughout the showrooms. Organic silhouettes dominated the collections, pairing sculptural wood bases with luxurious marble tops and incorporating woven netting and rope details on benches, lighting, and accent pieces.

Bringing the Outdoors Home

Outdoor living continues to be one of the industry’s fastest-growing categories, with many manufacturers expanding their collections to meet increasing demand. Here in Myrtle Beach, outdoor spaces are an extension of the home for much of the year, making these pieces especially relevant to my work. I’m currently designing a beautiful home in Grande Dunes with an expansive lanai and patio, so discovering new outdoor furnishings and accessories was a major focus of this trip.

I also found exceptional pieces that perfectly capture today’s transitional and coastal lifestyles. Textured wallpaper wrapped around nightstands, synthetic bamboo chair frames, rope-wrapped table bases, woven pendant lighting, and bright painted wicker all added layers of texture and personality. These natural materials and handcrafted details create timeless interiors that feel both relaxed and sophisticated.

As always, High Point leaves me inspired and energized, with new ideas to share and beautiful products to bring into my clients’ homes. I’m already looking forward to returning for the Fall High Point Market and discovering the next wave of design inspiration.

Wishing everyone a wonderful, safe, and joyful summer!
